Weeknight Steak and Rice Noodle Salad

This salad dish strikes all the tastes we yearn for in a weeknight supper: a hit of spice from the chiles, robustness from the beef, crispy crunch from fresh veg, and even a little bit of sweet taste from the honey. Preparation

  • Get rid of seeds from 2 chiles, then carefully slice with staying chile on a cutting board. Very finely piece garlic. Spray a pinch of salt over. Mash chiles and garlic with the flat side of a chef’s knife on cutting board, rotating mashing and slicing, till broken down into a coarse paste. Transfer to a big bowl.
